experience in operations and management within high-growth and middle-market companies,
I bring the insight and discipline needed to scale businesses effectively. My background includes
deep expertise in business development and leadership, with a proven track record of driving growth from within.
Having risen through the ranks of a middle-market software company to an executive role, I understand firsthand
what it takes to build resilient teams, optimize operations, and unlock long-term value. Looking
ahead, I'm focused on buying and growing a business by putting modern tools to work—things like
digital transformation, smart business development, and effective sales strategies. I believe in using
technology to drive results, but I also
know that hands-on leadership and staying true to what makes a company special are just as
important. My goal is to build on what's already working while preserving the culture and legacy
that make them unique.

What I'm Looking to Buy
Industries
I'm especially interested in businesses in enterprise software, food manufacturing and tech, senior care, and Midwest-based commercial MEP services. That said, I'm always open to hearing about solid companies in other sectors.
Size
I'm looking for businesses with seller earnings of $500K–$3M million. I prefer businesses that have steady, recurring and reliable revenue and a strong track record of performance.
Legacy
I'm drawn to businesses that have been around for a while—10 years or more—with a strong foundation and room to grow. I really like to see a wide mix of customers, a dependable management team, and a seller who's planning to retire.
